Roll Out Buckets

CWS Rollout Buckets are designed for each machine application and the open design allows for easy loading of materials. The modular design allows CWS’ engineers to custom-design buckets with widths and capacities to suit your application.

Rollout Buckets are ideal for high capacity applications with high-dump heights. Each roll out bucket is supplied with a universal bolt-on cutting edge industrial high-pressure cylinders combine induction-hardened double chrome-plated rods.

Features include:

• Lip, sidebars and skid shoes made from
  T1-400 (AR plate)
• Bucket roll and side-plates 44W (44,000-psi yield)
• Frame is made from both T1-100 and 44W
• Over-sized induction-hardened chrome pins complete with through-hardened greasable bushings at all hinge points
• ORB hydraulic fittings will not work loose or leak
• Line bored for reliable operations and longer working life
