- The CWS Lifting Device is designed with a minimum
5:1 safety factor.
- Critical components of the CWS Lifting Devices are fabricated from
quench and tempered materials to provide the strength and long service
life required in overhead lifting.
QUALITY CONTROL:
- Stringent quality control processes are in place to ensure each product has
been manufactured to meet the design parameters.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION:
- Each CWS Lifting Device is clearly and permanently marked with the
maximum lifting capacity (working
load limit).
- Each device is clearly marked with a warning label ensuring that the
safety information reaches the
end user.
CERTIFICATION:
- Each device is shipped with the written, serial number specific,
certificate sealed and signed by a professional engineer.
