Our customers are ultimately the owners and operators of Bulldozers, Hydraulic Excavators, Wheel Loaders and all manner of equipment generally known as Heavy Equipment. Most of our sales are made through the Authorized Dealers for this equipment, who are capable of servicing the overall needs of the customer from matching a prime mover to the job, identifying the appropriate attachment, to assembling the package and supporting it.
Additionally, some of our product is incorporated into machines by the O.E.M. manufacturers themselves. CWS prides itself on its relationship with the O.E.M.'s which gives CWS access to detailed machine information when designing attachments.
